RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at ILRASO.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days from the day you receive the products. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Kindly note that returns are not eligible on lingerie sets, panties and swimwear due to hygiene, health and personal care, wellness nature of the product.

Also note a Restocking fee of Rs.100/- is charged to cover the costs associated with processing the return, including restocking, repackaging, inspecting the returned goods, and handling any reverse logistics operations.

After we receive back your item, our team will inspect it and process your remaining refund amount. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase within 2-5 working days. For credit card payments it may take 5 - 10 working days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In case the order is cancelled before it was processed or dispatched from our end – a full refund will be issued to the buyer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you choose to exchange a product purchased by you on www.ilraso.com within the 7 days of receiving the product with the same product of a different size, we will replace the item. Currently a nominal charge of Rs.70/- is charged to cover the reverse logistics operation for the process.

Exchange will be executed subject to availability of stock at the time of dispatch. In case of non-availability of the chosen size, the request will be converted to a return order and the amount will be refunded as per our terms mentioned in the return policy.

After we receive back your item, our team will inspect it and then your exchange product will be dispatched from our end within the next 2-5 working days.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the exchange after 7 working days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Also note that non - returnable products cannot be exchanged.
